Villa St. John Testimonials

Ah, where to begin. 8 years ago, Beth remarked to me that is was such a huge world and there was so much to see.  We would never go back to the same place twice.  Ha!  Eight years later we still can’t wait for our 10 days at Villa St. John.  It is the only vacation that either of us has taken that, despite the fact that you can snorkel every day, hike through National Parks, eat at fabulous restaurants, laze by the pool, lounge in the decadent hot tub, or simply do nothing, when you return, you are sooo relaxed, but ready to go back.  The villa’s rooms and accommodations are luxurious, but still invite you to live in them. The bedrooms are huge, with private balconies and huge bathrooms with granite counters and walk-in closets.  The kitchen is gorgeous, very well designed for both cooking and visiting with family and friends.  The pool is large and quite warm.  It was wonderful to sit on the private deck, or to walk down to the beach to look for shells.  The sunsets are lovely!  You meet new friends who quickly become old friends. You see new sights to titillate the senses.  Paraphrasing the song by Tanya Tucker, "When I die, I may not get to heaven, but St. John is as close as I’ve been."  Yeah, we’re going back again….and again….and again.

My husband and I have had opportunities to travel and stay at various resorts at various locations.  By far one of our favorites was Villa St. John.  The accommodations were five star, our bedroom suite was luxuriously furnished with a private balcony overlooking the crystal clear blue bay; gorgeous.  The beautifully furnished kitchen was just the right size for us to dine in, utilizing the convenient grocery store near the villa, or at times we opted to enjoy the laid back and relaxed night life of St. John Island.  During the day we snorkeled at the bay that we could see from our balcony which did not disappoint.  We also took the time to explore other places on the Island which left a lifetime of good memories.  When we were tired of the sea we spent time relaxing by the pool enjoying the beautifully landscaped grounds.  Villa St. John had everything we needed plus more!  Thank you!
